The breakfast menu felt repetitive over days, limiting choices. Additionally, pool rules regarding tattoos and age were stringent, which could be off-putting for some guests.

The room was spacious with stunning views and high-tech amenities really made our stay unique. Breakfast was a fabulous buffet that had everything! The atmosphere in the bar was also exceptional.

My family and I had a fantastic stay, where the staff went above and beyond to assist us, especially when my daughter needed help right upon arrival. Our Deluxe King Room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered stunning views of the city. Additionally, the amenities, including the pool and onsen, added a luxurious touch to our visit. However, I wish the lounge food options were more varied throughout our stay.

The views from the 36th floor lobby are breathtaking, overlooking Tokyo landmarks. My Deluxe King Room was spacious with a huge California King bed, mini-bar, and large windows offering panoramic views. The bathroom included a sleek glass shower and a high-tech toilet. Breakfast had a wide variety. All staff were attentive and efficient throughout my stay.

This hotel suits me perfectly with great amenities like free wi-fi, a luxurious pool, and an excellent 24-hour reception. I fondly remember how the staff assisted my elderly parents during our first stay. Highly recommended for a romantic escape!

Oh man, the gyu-don at nearby Washoku Soten was a vibe! Seriously, each bite took me straight to flavor town. The stunning views from the breakfast area also set the perfect mood. Plus, our Deluxe King Room was pure luxury, spacious, and cozy, making our stay feel like a dream!

Now, on the flip side, the breakfast chaos was real! The service felt a bit off, with staff rushing us to finish while tables remained messy. Not cool, right? Also, the swimming pool experience was kinda awkward with strict rules and a stressed-out attendant. Just left us feeling a bit second-class!
